We were helped by a woman named Trish and she was absolutely phenomenal! Her smile and attitude truly brighten up that store as soon as you walk in. She’s pretty special and takes customer service to whole other level and it’s nice to see. We will return to this store based solely off of our experience with her today. Thank you, Trish!

We LOVE Kohls store number 0997. Jacob helped us today with shoes and he helped us so much. He also greeted us as he was walking back to the shoe department. It was perfect timing as we were going to buy some shoes. Jacob is very personable and great at his job. He spent almost an hour helping us and we are elderly. I also purchased something at Sephora and the young lady that helped me was wonderful too. You have some of the best employees there, and they really care about their customers. Store was very clean as well. All in all, a great and fun experience at Kohls 0997. Thank you

Recently I have been disappointed by he store that seems unorganized and disfunctional. The organization of the effects seems less than proper. I really like the store, but find it half harted in approach and desire.

Clean store workers are cool. Other than that I’m 23 and male and I just got followed by a stranger in the store this is 12/14/24. Was absolutely fearing for my life trying to find my friend in the store. After I found my buddy the creeper disappeared. Stay safe out there!!

Ordered an air fryer for Christmas for my daughter. As I wait for the person I believe is the manager Sabrina, I hear something hit the floor. I asked her did she just throw the box on the floor? She said it should be ok, I look at her and she walks away. As I am walking to the door I asked what her name was so I can report the incident. I had to come home plug it up to see if it still works. In the meantime I called corporate to let them know what happened just in case it stops working.
They never hire the right person for those position. SMH

Kohl's has devolved to the level approaching a gas station. Inventory is limited and disorganized. What you see is what you get. Don't look to be helped by anyone. Customer service area appears to be closed completely. The 3, maybe 4, employees in the entire place are now all stuck behind the customer cattle maze leading to the "teller-line" style checkouts.
