I was just shopping at the Ireland road Kroger's 29 hours ago looking for demsky's Irish cream in the alcohol section. They're one of the few places that actually sell it. They've been out of stock. To my disgust there was a chicken leg that someone had eaten and then stuck on the shelf of course when I went to customer service they're closed. Just check their website said they had the alcohol in stock I went back in and no alcohol but that chicken that was there 29 hours ago was still there and yes customer service was closed. Just tried to call the manager to inform them, no answer. Great customer service.

Every store in this area needs an attitude adjustment and management overhaul. Customer service and management in this store is abhorrent. Every time a pick up order is placed, there is a problem. Usually orders are 6-8 hours late, if fulfilled at all. Every employee acts like it is the customer's responsibility when something goes wrong. This last time my order was more than 6 hours late because no one felt like cutting deli meat. Really appreciate being screamed at and hung up on when I had to call the store to get an update. Wait around all day and shift plans only to find out the order was sitting there ready for hours. There is nothing convenient or quick about this service and they might as well get rid of it. I definitely won’t be back. Huge waste of time, money, and absolutely infuriating for everyone involved.

The cashier's will harass you and the manager will do nothing and throw you out of the store If its me I will not do business there

I think this is the worst grocery store in South Bend. They never have the their sale items in stock (on the first morning of the sale!) and their coupon system is such a hassle. The employees are rude when their coupons don’t work. Aldi’s products and staff are far superior!

Pickup is historically late. I had one scheduled for 7pm last night. My husband got there only to be told that there was some sort of issue, and we would not be getting our groceries, but a text would come out in the morning. It’s 1:45 pm, and I just got home with my groceries. No text, I had to call the store. The lady that answered seemed pleasant at first, but when I asked when I would expect pickup, she said, “Hhhh I don’t know, hold on. Hey, there’s a lady on the phone that wants her groceries.” She then told me to come get them and hung up. Now, I’m giving 2 stars and those go to the people that load my car. They are always very nice, and they did give me a $25 make it right discount. But this store in general is a fail. They’re costing Kroger money.

Schedule a grocery pickup for 7 pm. I got her e at 710 pm. They came out and asked my name and said it would be 45 minutes they were behind and filling orders from 6pm. I have been here for 20 minutes along with another car who was here before me. There has not been one other person here picking up an order. Very disappointing

I live about 2 miles away and haven't been in the store for a few years. As you walk in there is absolutely nothing in the foyer and they're all supposed to be at least promotional items. Stopped in to see if they had a wine I like and was very surprised to see what that section looks like now. There used to be a great selection with fully stocked shelves but now their entire sides of the aisle that are empty and a cart with a ton of clearance with no explanation. I didn't want to take a chance on it so I paid the regular price on a bottle on the shelf. It is really sad to walk around and see the condition of this place when there are such great ones in Fort Wayne.

I usually shop here doing grocery pickup and 9/10 I have missing or improperly subbed out items...add this small inconvenience to the fact that they have been constantly behind on pickup times while waiting almost 30-60 extra minutes to have my order loaded to my car takes unneccessary time out of my day when this service is supposed to help eliminate that for me. The only positive note is that rare case when there is something out of stock at the Merrifield or Town&Country locations, I can usually come here as a backup and what I am looking for is magically in stock which is opposite of the grocery pickup issue.

Drove 45 minutes out of my away to come to this store because you had a very rare plant that Facebook was blowing up. I get there and the lady running the department for today which is April 2 Time 10 o’clock didn’t even know what I was talking about. I had to describe it to her and then she was very short to the point she was rude wearing no name tag. Didn’t bother to call any of the other stores to see if they carried the same plant. I had to do that. I’m not sure Why Kroger’s hires, incompetent people to do the job, but this lady had no clue what she’s doing let alone the plant name that was in the box that she was opening up unless of course she read it on the box. yeah, I won’t be back and I suggest you not go there either. Definitely disappointed!

Bald man whos been working the deli for awhile has been the worst person ive ever had to deal with at any store or place ever. Hes always rude. He always makes you wait forever for him to help you while hes doing nothing. Ive heard him being that way to plenty of people over the years also. Complains about everything and is also that way to the other employees. Its crazy to me
how anyone who manages a place where you have customer contact would ever let him work. He is the only reason I won't be going back

8 pack of hamburger buns only had 7. I asked if a discount were possible. Manger rolled her eyes looking directly at me. If I had noticed there were only 7, I would have grabbed another before checking out.
