Rude associates!! I got treated like I was there for probation or some criminal drug screen and I was there for a pre-employment drug screen. Asked the lady why am I being treated like I did something wrong her response was “it’s protocol” what?? Even said Goodmorning to 2 different women and got no response!! Absolutely not!! I will never come here again!

Not friendly at all, and the results take FOREVER to get! Had to reschedule an important specialist appointment because - even tho I had test done 6 days ago - results ARE STILL NOT IN! Absolutely ridiculous! Go to a different lab where they like their job and are able to get tests processed in a normal time frame!!
Update: got an email from corporate after I complained, and they sent me my results immediately. But guess what? They didn't send to the ordering Dr! I had to send the Dr. The results myself!! Here's my email to corporate about that:
Ok. I have them now. Thank you. But my endocrinologist now says you didn't send results to HER! THE DOCTOR WHO ORDERED THEM!! Because of this Labcorp's negligence I've had to postpone very important appointments! I'm having to postpone biopsies and everything because of this Labcorp's complete incompetence. I'm verging on a lawyer at this point. I HAD TO SEND THE ORDERING DR. THE RESULTS MYSELF! Freakin ridiculous!!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Called my name incorrectly and could hardly be bothered when corrected. Said I put in for a wrong test but all I did was check in and verify my information. Told me my pre teen couldn't come back or stay in the waiting room alone. Thankfully another mom saw what they were doing and insisted she was family and watching him in the waiting room. She demanded I sign off on the computer which stated she sealed and labeled my specimen, which she hadn't. Got major attitude when I refused to sign until I saw her do that. The 2 people working hated their jobs and they did nothing to hide those feelings.

I had such a wonderful experience here! I forgot my insurance card at home, but the wonderful woman at the front desk was so kind and found the insurance information on my lab order from the doctor. I had such a pleasant conversation with her!
The great woman who drew my blood was efficient and carried on a lovely conversation with me while she drew my blood. She did a great job at helping me feel comfortable.
I was in and out in under 20 minutes on a Saturday for my blood draw. I was very impressed!! Thank you, LabCorp, for hiring such excellent employees!!

It's frustrating to start the day with a medical appointment that isn't running smoothly. Mispronouncing a patient's name can feel disrespectful and impersonal. Additionally, inconsistencies in procedures can create unnecessary anxiety for patients. She barely held the door open. She was very dry and dull when asking me questions. Then when I told her it would be easier to take blood from my right arm was very off putting as if it was a problem. I forgot my doctor had put in a separate order and her exact words were "Yea next time you need to tell us ahead of time because I would have skipped it. I'll just take it from one of these biles, you're done you can leave"....I'm not one to complain much but I will not be going back to this location ever again. She was rude and distasteful. Clear communication and standardized practices are essential for a positive patient experience. Hopefully, the rest of your day is more pleasant.

Incredibly rude staff. I have been here twice and the first time I thought it was just an off day for them, but the second visit was even worse. I had to bring my 8 year old in for the first blood draw of her life. I explained this to the tech and told her she was pretty anxious. She didn't try to ease my daughter's anxiety, make her feel comfortable or calm her nerves. In fact, she hardly spoke to either of us. After a week of my doctor looking for test results they were informed by the lab that 2 of the 6 tests weren't even run and we would have to return for a second draw. This in itself was very frustrating. I arrived this morning and there was a miscommunication with my doctor and this office regarding paperwork. (printed vs scanned) Twice I tried to explain/ ask questions and was cut off and abruptly sent back to the lobby. The level of unprofessionalism was mind boggling. Each employee looked absolutely miserable and there was not a smile to be found. I don't expect sunshine and rainbows when interacting with businesses but this office needs some serious attention when it comes to interacting with customers, at the very least the pediatric ones. Will never return to this office and if I can help it, LabCorp as a whole.
