Michelle is so professional and caring. I went there several times for blood labs over the past few months and every time I specifically asked for her. She was very experienced and I never had any bad experiences. I highly recommend her.

This place should be shut down. Had my labs completed on Wednesday and they still where not posted or sent to the ordering physician by that Wednesday the following week of my MD appointment. I had to retake the labs for my MD in he's office which is miles away from south bend. This place wouldn't even answer the phone when I tried to call and get answers. Shame on this place for wasting my time smh

Went in to drop off a test, had to check in at a kiosk, when you do that they have your info. Why did I have to wait over an hour to hand someone a bag? As I asked one of the workers when she was calling people back there, she said ' oh so and so has been waiting for an hour and a half,with an appointment, sorry you'll have to wait.' I didn't, I left.They need more people so that the ones they have don't have attitude, and they need someone manning the the window to retrieve the tests that people are dropping off.I didn't have the option to leave the zero stars so that I could post this.

I go in for Lab work regularly for my new heart. They are very nice and work professionally to prep me and to take blood for my labs.

Refused to turn the channel or volume down when they were told they had a graphic horror movie on in the waiting room.

They refuse to answer the phone or respond to voicemails. I've been trying to reach them for over a month with an order from my Dr. Gave up, had to find another testing location, which was difficult because this is supposedly the only lab around here that does the test I need.

December 20, 2023 I came in today to the University Commons location of Labcorp NOT for the Labcorp services, but to drop a personal package off for one of the PLEASANT employees. The person that greeted me OBVIOUSLY got up this morning on the wrong side of the kitty litter box. She wins NO awards for polite customer service. If i knew the name of the lady SCREAMING at me from the first room, i would give it. This happened at about 2:30pm. I HOPE this bad review gets read, and that woman gets dealt with accordingly.
