This location has gone downhill. The counter staff is very rude. Your parts are way overpriced and you think people are going to pay for a warranty? Nope! They will go to Paul's Auto Salvage where uou are treated with respect and not talked down to. BTW.. Pauls has 30 day warantee automatically!

Horrible when a local business doesnt even take local phone calls. Not every part is listed on there site, it was there in person, but I cant call and ask for a price anymore ? Waste of time with companies that are racially biased and send their customer service to cheaper places.

If you don't buy the warranty there is no return ls even if you only had the part for 15 hours will never buy there ever again all over a 37 dollar grill after spending almost 200 in other parts

The website and phone call is useless. 800 numbers to an automated system. If you want parts pricing, use option 3 then tells you to check the website for prices and hangs up. You cannot actually talk to anyone. The website does not have accurate pricing specific to the car, just overall generic parts lists. Doing a parts query just sends an email.... eventually I guess since I haven't got one. Why can't someone simply be able to call for a part price instead of having to drive to the individual yard just to ask?

They charged me $24 for a 90 day guarantee that they never asked me if I wanted it or not. They just charged me for it and I didn’t realize it until I got home and looked at the receipt that’s being a crook if you ask me.

Absolute joke advanced has cheaper parts brand new. Manager is high off her horse on prices. They say they don't price match. Well ya better fast before you close your doors. Remember that this community fuels your paycheck young lady. To the owners I feel sympathy for the loss of business. I wish I could leave no stars after I worked on a car for 2 hours to be told I'd pay full price and AutoZone and advanced has the parts cheaper and brand new. Very unpleased

Place is a rip off. Charge to get in and overpriced junk parts. 90 dollars just for a wheel and tire that's completely bald. 60 dollars for a heater control unit which is 65 brand new. What a rip off. Gotta pull ur own parts to pay retail cost for it
