Customer service is always a great strong point of lowes. I was greeted walking in the door, asked if I needed help finding anything. I was in and out within 10 minutes with their help.

The women I talked to seem to have some resentment either to me personally or just men in general very rude.I couldn't get anyone of them to help me with anything.They were however very intergenic to tell me off when I complained

Would never recommend Lowes for an installation project of any sort. Paid in full for a fence in May of 2021 with guaranteed installation of mid-July and at the time of writing this review in mid-January 2022 half of my fence is sitting on my driveway taking up precious parking space (in my shared driveway) with ice and snow on it. Terrible communication. Inability to ever speak directly with a manager. 5 install dates have come and gone. It took the third party installer coming to my house for the most recent install date to determine that significant materials to complete the job were missing. I have taken multiple days off of work (as an RN during a pandemic), medicated my animals, and spend countless hours on the phone with customer service. I got a number of quotes for my fencing project and ultimately chose to give Lowes my business because they use a local manufacturer (Hengs in Elkhart). I have regretted that decision since summer when my first install window came and went without an update from Lowes whatsoever. I'm a reasonable human, and understand the need for flexibility with install timelines once, maybe even twice. I understand that the manufacturing industry, like every other industry has had staff shortages and delays due to Covid. My concerns and complaints with Lowes go well beyond manufacturing delays and timelines. Lowes has lost my business for life. I have never been so disappointed in a "customer experience" in my life.

The grill I wanted was available. The instore staff was great!! But the delivery team did not comply to the 3 hour window. I was told due to 3 big installations at 8:30 in the morning. A delivery window could not be given, other than mid morning to aftetnoon. Sad

Spent $1200 on a new fridge. Asked to have it delivered and was told I'd get a two hour delivery window. Delivery people called and gave me a four hour window (automated message). I called back to ask for a two hour window but of course they never responded. So here I wasted an extra two hours waiting on them and they have not appeared. Very disappointing

Very happy with Lowe's!! I was looking for several items and was asked in every department if I needed assistance. They were knowledgeable and very helpful! Good job, thank you!

I only go here when I cannot find anything elsewhere because Customer Service is so poor I don't want to spend my hard earned money here. Selection is great but the prices are a bit inflated with other big box stores charging less almost always on the smaller stuff. Checkout lines always seem to take longer than necessary and the Customer Service counter needs drastic improvement. These folks barely recognize you and will take phone calls over the person standing in front of them. I've witnessed so much frustration including my own at Customer Service. If you like to be treated poorly or like to wait a long time for service from anyone at anytime this is your store. I prefer to go where I am appreciated. And, this review is based on years of observations. They do hit it right 2 out of 10 times for me.
