Another bad experience with Lowe’s, shocker! The two delivery guys that delivered the fridge to my house could not speak any English except for the word no. They did not complete the delivery that I paid for.

Navigating this home improvement store has become increasingly challenging. The limited staff makes it difficult to get assistance locating items. Excessive inventory clutters the aisles and shelves, hindering efficient browsing. Finding specific products requires an unreasonable amount of time and effort. A more organized and adequately staffed store would greatly improve the customer experience.

Good experience until we went to checkout. We were next in line to checkout in Lumber and another cashier, April opened up the next lane, calling the next customer. April took one look at our cart and said she would rather not check us out because of how much we had. So we let others go around us. After a couple people and our line not moving she called us over and I said No thanks. They want our money but don’t want to check us out.
