I had several people ask me if I needed any help in the various departments I was in today. The lady in the garden center outside knew a lot about grass seed which was what I was looking for. She was very helpful. And the lady at the self checkout is always kind and greets people or wishes them a nice day. Bathrooms are nice at this Lowe’s too. Their lighting department isn’t as cool looking as Menards but it is sufficient.

I needed a battery operated heater. I walked in the store and saw a Black Santa and a White Santa. It was joy. As a child growing up we did not have Santa's that looked like us. This is progress. Thank you Lowes

We went to this Lowes to purchase two DeWalt power tools, Lowes is advertising buy one get one free DeWalt power tools. Had to wait for the tools to be unlocked, arrived at the register waited for the security deactivation, then when the tools were rung up at the cashier they came up as full price for both. Cashier tried calling for management assistance. Three calls later he got some female manager who said loud enough for us to hear that it would be a while before she could assist.Left without purchasing the tools and will NOT return to this Lowes for any reason Menards is just down the street,NO one cares about any customer service anymore.

Mike, Doug, Greg and team made our day!We bought a set of tool chests today.The price was right, of course. More happy about your people. We've never experienced this level of customer service at any location. Ever.We were helped as soon as we found what we were looking for. Made us feel our time was valuable.On point today, crew, way to go, keep up the great work!

Horrible excuse for a store. I have ordered a custom fence for my yard which they screwed up ordering and delivery of twice. I bought a refrigerator which they ordered and delivered flwrong twice also. Incompetent. Complete and total waste of time and will NEVER SHOP WOTH LOWES AGAIN. NOT EVEN IF ITS FREE.

Madison, the younger woman is the best Employee they got. Very knowledgeable, very helpful, and knows her stuff. Saved me money running my purchases through a contractor system she has.

I we t to lowes this morning looking for a glass shelf for a bathroom. Before I could get to the bath department I was greeted goodmorning by three different associates . Then while looking for said item another associate came to my assistance. I really appreciate them making my shopping experience seem important.

Got some stuff for a project, didn't need an item and my purchase was registered with my phone number. Went to return the item as I didn't have the receipt with me but when they tried to lookup my purchase with my phone number, no luck, hmm. Somebody screwed up and I noticed 3 other people were having trouble returning items while I was trying to get my money back as well normally not a big deal but right now I needed the cash and not a in store credit. Booo!!!

Definitely one of my favorite places to do some browsing & obviously for home & business construction materials or just tools!My husband & I are huge fans of Lowe's.We love that we can bring our dogs in with us while we do our shopping.All the staff is always very cooperative & welcoming
