Lydick Event Center is a quaint, cute, and modern place on the west side of South Bend. It is an excellent size for events of about fifty to seventy-five people and is very reasonably priced. The space is well-lit, clean, easy to access, and smells good. The basement area is spacious. It is a good place for any event, from grad parties to birthdays, and offers flexibility for caterers or bringing your own food. The owners are easy to work with, communication is great, and the application process is very easy. The venue does need improved sound deadening, as the echo is loud. It is highly recommended.

Such a great space for a bridal shower. Booking was super easy, the communication was always quick. Bartender was very nice and personable. Had more than enough space for everything!

The space was great for our son’s first birthday party! Easy access in and out. The kitchen made it so easy to prepare food for the event. We will definitely consider using this space again!
