Martin's have stuff on sale but sale price is not changed in computer. I have to take pictures of the tags showing sale price. I show the manager every time I go there. It's still happeningThey say it's a corporate issue. It's a big rip off is what it is.

Martins is a great place to work.they do need to donate all the food to local and other food pantries instead they throw away thousands of dollars worth of food.people depend on food pantries.

I have shopped a handful of times at Martin's of Granger and up until yesterday, have had a pleasant experience. I went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription for my husband, I grabbed a bottle of water on the way over and set it down to be rung up. Apparently they can't ring up water at the pharmacy. Since I have never picked up an RX at this location, I was unaware of this until security came after me and accused me of theft. I tried to explain what had happened and asked to please purchase it because I needed to take my seizure medication. They refused to listen to me, refused me water, refused to look at the video footage again, and refused to tell me the procedure for appealing the trespass notice I was given. I was so upset that I had seizures half the night. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. The refusal of the security staff to just listen for a moment put my safety at risk. All 3 of them need to be fired! This is going up on every site I can find until the corporate office does something about it's staff!

ordered a drink at starbucks and got rang up for wrong drink so i had to correct the cashier. then barista didn’t know how to make the drink i ordered, so i had to correct her. then she didn’t have ingredients to make it so she tried to hide my cup behind the espresso machine and just put lid on it and give it to me. i told her i saw her and made her find the ingredients. hopefully this was just a fluke and they will be better trained next time.

Good place to deliver. They have overnight parking. There loading unloading docks are at the back. Took less than two hours to unload

Very unprofessional people when calling their corporate office. Robert Hamilton is very rude. My van was hit by a cart in their parking lot and let damage that we now have to get taken care of. The Nappanee manger told the police officer that there was no video footage of their parking area so when I called Robert told me that there was and that he would get the footage. We are now 2 weeks later almost and no footage. We will be getting an attorney to help us solve this because they want to keep lying about footage and other things.

I have brought my kids to the haunted hayride for the last 9 yrs its a tradition!! And as long as they want to go we will continue to come. And when they have children I will bring my grandchildren as well. We always have fun and this is for a great cause in my eyes.
