reasonable service, but the new screen at the drive through is very poorly thought out, and the tip jar in the medicine drawer is really trashy. it's a pharmacy, not a starbucks. get rid of the tip jar.

Went here for a refill on my prescription. The lady basically shamed and try to embarrass me for having medicaid. I was in a accident and am temporarily disabled. She don't know my story for her to treat me like this. I am ashamed I have to take assistance temporarily. She said I'm not covered but when I called medicaid they said I was. Now I have to try to find a ride to go try again. They wouldn't help me verify over the phone if everything was good. She said I just have to come up there and see. I didn't get her name but she was a heavy lady with glasses. Now I been with out my medication for almost a week.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! The employees are RUDE, they take FOREVER + 2 days to fill scripts, they over text when they don't even have your stuff ready. No organization at all. This pharmacy needs shut down!!!

The employees of the pharmacy have got to be pocketing other people’s medications with how often prescriptions just “disappear” here instead of being filled. Do better. There’s another pharmacy down the road.

I should have read the reviews first. I chose this pharmacy because they are close to my house but I would rather drive across town than deal with this place again. I take 3 very common generic meds and twice now it's taken them 3 ir more days to fill because they didn't have them in stock. They sent a message yesterday that they are finally ready so I go in to pick up and they only have one of the three ready. Of course it's not the one I actually need the most...that one will be ready in another 30 minutes. Why not just text when they are ALL ready?? I work, I don't have time to make multiple trips to the pharmacy. And best believe they really don't care. When you ask why they look at you with a blank stare. No sense of customer service or urgency to get things done in a timely manner.

Overall disappointed in this pharmacy and will be moving elsewhere. Drove across town to find out they randomly closed due to no staff?? Not sure why but they were closed during normal hours.

I had high hopes for an improved customer service experience compared to our usual pharmacy. Regrettably, this encounter didn't meet that expectation. I was there to pick up medication for my sick child, typically provided in a pre-filled box from the manufacturer. Despite no other customers being present, I was informed it would take an hour to fill. Upon my return, I approached the counter once more, still the sole customer. However, I was instructed to wait behind a sign for customer privacy—despite being the only person there.
