I recently bought a phone here last Wednesday and the manager was so unprofessional and rude to me. I came in to explain to him how my phone isn't working. My phone would turn off by itself and I'd have to plug it in for it to turn back on even though it was charged. He was of no help to me, I filed a claim that was denied for a replacement and I thought maybe I could get another phone at the price I paid. I even factory reset my phone and now it's shutting down more. This is my first time having a android in years and dealing with a no contact company and I am very disappointed. I wish I could of had more help and the manager would of been more understanding. I never dealt with a phone company who is rude to their customers and don't work to solve the problem.
Update: I contacted the owner and he did not respond to my email. I have never dealt with a company who will not do what they can to help resolve any issues you have especially being a new customer. I switched from AT&T contact to a no contract and my experience has been so unsatisfying. I was given a defective phone and nothing was done about it. The insurance won't even replace it even though it's not my fault, the battery is defective. I only been with this company for a month on October 3rd and I will not be renewing my monthly plan. I will go to another company who appreciates and will help their customers. I do not recommend this company at all!

I walked in around 6:45 and was rather rudely informed by the girl working there at on September 30th around that time that they closed soon (which their online info says 8 PM) and I'd basically have to hurry up and decide what I wanted since they wanted people to port over numbers earlier in the day. Definitely avoid this store unless you want someone to be rude to you! No thanks!

The store manager at your Ironwood South Bend Indiana location is absolutely horrible! She escalates situations by smirking and laughing at their customers and making snide comments. Very poor customer service! Not even willing whatsoever as the alleged manager according to her, to provide any type of customer service.

I don't have any problems with Metro, just this location. The store manager Rudy is very disrespectful and doesn't seem to care about the customers. I left this location in tears after the way I was spoken to.

Already a customer , came back to same store looking for a good deal because I love my phone service and Stacey was great, very helpful ! Got a tablet I can hook up to a keyboard, much easier for school m! Thank you Metro !

If I could give negative stars I would. I went into the store and talked to Rudy, whom was extremely rude. He spoke to me in a very non-professional discriminatory manner. I was interested and purchasing a new phone and lowering my monthly plan and he replied he would like to ride a magic unicorn. Well I told him I was on a fixed income and that I needed to try to keep my bill down he said oh I hear that all the time and he just was not trying to work with me in any way whatsoever he didn't even offer me auto pay to lower my monthly bill. If it weren't for another employee that helped me out I would not even be with Metro any longer this man had me so upset I went home so distraught that I was calling around other phone carriers and thinking about transferring my service to another company that appreciated me as a customer as I am a long time customer with MetroPCS for 8 years now. If you have to go to a Metro store please do not go to the one on ironwood road in South Bend Indiana you will not want to deal with this man Rudy he was named correctly because he is the rudest person I've ever dealt with in my life.

Zero stars. Already a customer for over six years with the Amazon Prime included. Go into this location to get a new model phone as hotspot isn't functioning very well lately.Clueless sales person cancels my Prime service as he signs up my number for a completely different service package.Romeo can't care less.Four calls to tech support. Each time they say they fixed it. Maybe it is finally fixed a month later.New phone hotspot is just as poor quality

I had a great experience here! The mobile tech here at this location (Dakota), he was professional, very friendly & knowledgeable of the products he had to offer me. I will be returning to this location again, great service!
