Listen i can't give them 10 those that know me know i don't do humans due to my Autoimmune disease so when i can i talk im a forced introvert anyway been trying to get this phone Samsung 24fe they had one left and Juan and Jenny are the best boost was being boost they are amazing go see them they gonna get you right he helped someone find a phone at a different store and Buddy loved them thanks again from a nonhuman y'all are amazing God Bless

Very RUDE, Unhelpful Customer Service! Hate I Wasted My Money, once you get signed up nobody all of a sudden understands any of your troubles! Jenny is very rude and spoke horribly to me, and kept telling me if I just let her finish, I was never cutting her off though she flatout wasn’t hearing me! CHOOSE another location if you’re smart never been so belittled or insulted

The staff are always welcoming,We had an outstanding experience. Came to open a new line for a family member and Jenny was incredibly helpful, and the selection of phones was impressive.Special thanks to Jenny for guiding us through the process. Highly recommend!

Metro pcs in South bend is a joke! The hours online say they close at 8pm, on the door to the store it says 7 pm, but apparently the workers here just pick and choose their own hours so its hit or miss at any of the stores in the region on if they are actually open or not, they never answer the phones when you call so you just gotta show up and hope your not an inconvenience and that someone is there and the store is open. The service is terrible, the phones are all junk, and they act like you being "eligible for an upgrade" means something, i doesnt, its not any cheaper than walking in off the street any other day or time and just starting a new plan... Metro is in my opinion the most affordable, but also the worst phone company out there, but i guess you get what you pay for right?

Belinda Was Absolutely Amazing! She stayed well after closing to accommodate myself and my families needs! She made sure everyone was up and running with our phones! She went above and beyond her call of duty, and was so patient and kind! I hope Metro keeps her around for a long long time!

I went to Metro today in need of a new phone asap, and I was greeted immediately! The sales rep, Belinda was great! She helped me with everything I needed with a smile and she was very polite, and eager to help! Her customer service was excellent! If I could give her 10 STARS I would!

Shout out to Jenny ! I hope I got her name right. She was wonderful & made my day yesterday. She took her time with giving me information & immediately came up to me to help. Just awesome. She deserves 10 stars 🌟 honestly. Both the ladies working yesterday were the highlight of this store. I will not be going back to boost! Will be staying at metro & this will be my go to store. Good job ladies !! Thank you for caring about your customers.

First I must say I've been a customer of MetroPCS for 15 years and my recent experience was once again INCREDIBLE, INCREDIBLE service. AND who once again had me spend ONLY to 15 minutes from in the door out the door customer service her name was Em(Emma).
This fantastic salesperson / customer service representative has many health struggles of her own and yet smiled the entire time that I was in there I felt great and being a senior citizen I was extremely gratified that a young person had treated me so incredible!

We tried to get the free phones by starting a new line, I was told $120-$150 so I was imagining spending somewhere around $200, the total was going to be $260, the phones "came" with cases and even after asking to make sure it wouldn't add to the price we were assured that the cases/screen protectors came with them, so after saying no to that ridiculous price for "free phones" she said she can take the cases off and the total magically went down to $170, I would have bought them if she didn't lie and treat us like we're stupid, I didn't get her name but she has very bright pink hair, i understand the activation fee plus the first month payment making it $170 i just didnt appreciate that deceptive behavior, on another note when we told her we wanted the 2 cheaper phones she tried to charge us for 1 of the cheap ones and the other being a more expensive we asked about earlier before clearly stating otherwise, I hope the commission you get deceiving others is worth the $170 plus $80 monthly payment you lost today
