I can’t say enough good things about the Mini Storage Depot on Brick Road in South Bend… especially the professional care this last weekend by Deanne. She not only helped us with booking a smaller unit but I heard her on the phone with an extremely rude customer and she was so calm, polite, patient and professional with him! Kudos to you, Deanne, and FIVE stars!⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was in a bind and having driven by your facility, thought I would use your services. The rates were better than average when I compared online. Emily was extremely cordial, professional, and answered all my questions. She was the type of employee I would hire for my business in a heartbeat. The grounds and storage unit were very clean and well maintained. I will recommend your facility to anyone if they're looking for a great storage facility.

I love renting here. Ivan and Emily are just great. Very friendly, and if you think not then you should probably read the contract (they did not create them, they are just doing their frigging jobs. Don’t sign a misunderstood contract. Or read reviews, lol.). Also, my only complaint would be how high the late fees can be, but honestly just pay on time or go somewhere else that’s less secure, clean, and chillax. Just a warning, if you are super tight on funds and cannot handle being on time or paying the late fees, they can be stressful at times, and you probably should be wiser in where you spend and what you sign. Luckily I was able to figure mine out, but it was stressful for me at some points. That’s why it’s saying something that I still come here, lol. I love being able to also just come here whenever even if it’s late and been a rough day and it’s just peaceful and I can sort through things. I’ve been here for probably over a year now. Their security is fantastic. I don’t have to worry too much, and I’m typically hypervigilant. As with any place, though, I recommend using a padlock if you want to feel extra secure. Among any other typical self security things. No matter how secure, it’s always good to be aware. They also have really good deals to start out with every now and then, so if you’re looking to rent and not in a rush, look out for when those pop up! You can get really good deals on your first month or so, depending on the deals they have available.

This place is the biggest scam one of the worst places I rented a unit from!!!!the only good thing about here is they offer 24hr access,High priced units and they require you to purchase insurance through them if you don't have your own renters insurance which it's states they are not a insurance agency so let that make sense! They are the only ones that do this should be an option not forced like everyone else does!!They don't offer retro refunds if you move out early like everyone else does they keep your money and they require a 30 day notice and no one else does,which they don't tell you none of this they expect you to read their fine print and we know no one does it's suppose to be a simple contract and they make it complicated to benefit them and screw you!!! I will never rent from them ever again,Also the female that runs the place is very rude and she acted like she was above me and I was a peon didn't like her entire vibe!!
