“I had been working on removing the carpet, pads and carpet tacks for the past week. It included the dining room, large living room and the hallway. But once I got to the player piano I knew I needed help moving it so I could finish my job. Stephen, Donovan and Zack arrived early. I explained that I wanted them to move the player piano so I could remove the carpet, pads and carpet tacks. Once I finished doing that, then they could move the piano back to its original place.
They were AWESOME!!!
They moved my very heavy player piano AND they helped me remove the patch of carpet and padding underneath it, without being asked.They took the old carpet and padding out to their truck so they could dump it in their business dumpsters. (That was a big help for me!). They asked if they could remove the carpet tacks for me too! I was surprised and grateful! They gave me time to vacuum and dust the floor and the back of the piano before they moved it back in place.
I am so very happy! They really went above and beyond to help me!
In addition, they were nice, funny and pleasant to talk to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!”
