This has always been our gas stop traveling from Michigan to Indianapolis. We will never stop again. Restroom is for employees only now. Outrageous!!

Unfortunately I had the displeasure of coming in and buying coffee hearing the women behind the counter horribly about their team members they play like their managers they're not they got upset because one of their team members overheard them talking sexual things and because they were so loud and obnoxious behind the counter while I was getting my coffee I couldn't help but hear they use bully tactics and because I asked for the regional manager they told me I can no longer buy coffee or items at the gas station I would like the to talk to someone above the Murphy's Gas Station.. the problem with them is they put their business out there and then when people get into it they get upset why do I know that the one employee Works evenings he worked Easter weekend was paid time and a half?
The fact is these women dress unprofessionally act unprofessional and they bully they're bullying their customers the people that pay Murphy's

I went in to get a bag of ice. After waiting my turn, I was then told I would have to wait till he was done with the 6 people in line behind me. What!! I already waited in line behind 4 people.
I walked out. Beware.!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! I just experienced the WORST customer service I have ever had in my life! I work late and usually get my gas at this station when I'm in a bind since it's close. I pulled up to the pump a little after 11pm, put in my plus membership and prepaid at the pump. Next thing I know my payment was returned to me and ALL of the pumps are closed! Minding you I'm riding on E and wouldn't be able to make it to the next gas station. I caught the attention of the store manager and the closing employee and they refused to help me in any sort of manner and proceeded to tell me to go to the gas station a couple blocks down after I explained my tank was on E. They also told me they close at 11pm (which as seen in the picture isn't posted). They then when on to drive away in their car while I was still stranded at the station! NEVER.AGAIN. I'll get my same discount going to the one on portage run by mejier...that location I'll give 5 stars to because they actually care about their customers and won't shut down the pump in the middle of a transaction!

So last night I went to this gas station and filled up two gas jugs one five gallon and a two gallon and it didn't take all the money I put on it and then I went to go get my change and the guy who works there was smoking so we stay out side till he was done smoking and then went in side I got a soda and got my change and went back out side to get my jugs of gas and then I found out someone tooked them and call the cops they side I can make a report in the morning by coming down to the station so I went back to the gas station and talk to Sarah the boss lady and she said it was a white car and the guy only tooked one but he tooked both of them I am living in a school bus and i use the gas jugs to run my generator to stay warm now I have no way of getting gas to my generator so if anyone out there can HELP ME and MY WIFE And DOGS stay warm you can come find us in the school bus or cash app me $bullbegreatful and if you know the guy who tooked my gas jugs punch him in the face

Never going to this gas station again. Not only was the employee and customers not wearing a mask, her and some male customers were making crude sexual jokes.
One guy was hovering by the counter laughing and coughing. I will be calling a complaint in.
