“The guys that work at the parts and services counter are the kindest human beings Ive ever met. My car started to over heat today on Western ave., and I was so nervous and honestly terrified. I had to turn off my car at the Red light it was so hot so when the light turned green, I pulled right into your lot. I just went in to tell them I was in their lot, so they didnt think I was vandalizing or pilfering in the trucks parked near my car. It was pouring down rain, and I told them my car was over heating and I just needed to sit till my motor cooled down. I got a bit upset after saying it cause it all really started to hit me that my children and I were so far from home and stranded. It was a god send I happend to turn into the parking lot of a business with the kindest staff I've ever met. The guys came out after I walked outside and put fluid in my radiator and had me let it run to make sure the temp gague went down. They filled my resivoir and radiator and it completely fixed the issue. This business is beyond A++++ I would highly recommend anyone use their services, they are upright amazing people and kind as ever.They didnt have to and I didnt ask but yet they helped me and my kids and we didnt have anything to pay them. I didnt even know what we were going to do. I didnt even know if I was going to be able to afford fluid because I had just got the car out of a shop in Goshen. So Honestly I'm so thankful for the men that work at this establishment at the parts and services dept. I have no idea what I would have done with out their kindness. God was looking out for me and my daughters today. Honestly these days for someone to help and want nothing in return its astounding and hardly ever the case.They both deserve a raise. Such kind gentlemen. I will recommend your shop to any and all truck drivers I know. You have helped me believe in the kindness of humanity again. The most important thing was my daughters learned a valuable lesson to help others when your able and that's worth way more than anything else they did today. Honestly may God bless your business because this single mom of two, would have been stuck and your employees are seriously a God send. I never even got their names. But Thank you so much for everything. Honestly thats the kindest thing strangers have ever done for me and my children. Thank you so much. “I don't understand all the negative reviews. I returned my truck 20 minutes late and was never charged any late or surprise fees. In addition, the staff, particularly the guy, is extremely helpful. I left my medication in the truck and he even allowed me to retrieve it after. Only thing is that they close at 5, but the system says they close at 6 and allows you to book a truck until then.”

“I wish I could give this place a hundred ? Last week, my passenger side headlight stopped working and my international. I attempted to stop at a few different Rider shops to get it fixed to no avail. As I was coming across Interstate 80 West, I called this shop to see if there was something maybe they could do. Without hesitation, they told me to bring the truck in and got right to work. I met Jerry, the parts guy who immediately helped me get signed in and got a text to look at my truck. Then Chad Robinson and Josh Yoder spent the rest of the afternoon working on my truck. The truck had a short time in the wiring, and we all know how frustrating that can be. Without giving up they continue to work until they fix the problem. This is the reason why I love working for Ryder. You are always expected to be treated like family. As I went back in my truck, I noticed that a few of my filters were dirty, so I brought them in where Joel used the air gun to spray them off and get them clean. Even the fuel guy was cool. I encouraged anybody if you're coming through South Bend Indiana to stop at the shop for any of your needs.”
