Made an appointment and was late. I called to confirm they were still coming and he said only 20 minutes out. 45 minutes later I called back and was sent to voicemail twice. I was so late for work at that point I just left. No communication at all from the guy doing the scheduling. Very unprofessional.

ZERO STARS FOR SURE , was stuck in front of the court house with my kids and what did they do they hung up on me and didn’t answer the phone when I tried calling back 3 times sent me to voicemail

He was late. I had to call another service. I was glad I did. When he did show up, I 30 min. late, I told him I had someone else coming. He acted out. Threatened me. Cussed me out. Certainly not a professional. I would not recommend him to anyone. I do recommend Vic's towing. Very professional, courteous and cost is very affordable.

The owner of this place is very rude !!!! He gave us an estimated wait time of 20-25 mins initially. We called him back again because the driver still had not arrived, and again once more because the driver still had not arrived. We waited over an hr total after we were initially given a time frame of 20-25 mins. He also was rude and proceeded to tell us when we called to get his ETA that “if we didn’t like his service, then we could call someone else”. He wasn’t polite, he was very disrespectful and all because we were calling to get an ETA, since his initial estimate was completely false. I also asked for his name and he proceeded to tell me that I didn’t need to know his name because he was the owner. The driver who towed the vehicle was very professional, and kind, and went out of his way to make sure that the car was towed. Overall however, I would still say to steer clear of this business. The owner doesn’t care at all about respecting his clientele and he is extremely unprofessional.

I got my car stuck. I had called another tow and it would have been an hour and a half to get to me. I called Oliver's and not only did they arrive in 20 minutes with the nicest gentlemen, they had me on the road after inspecting my vehicle to be sure it was safe in another 20 minutes! Use Oliver's for polite, safe and fast service!!!Service: Special vehicle towing
