They didn't have the battery in stock that my niece wanted, but they did have one that worked. Still way better that they're competition; never got home to find out I have the wrong part or been given wrong information the curiously results in more expensive parts... makes you wonder if some of the other competition pays commission trip there employees, things that make you go hmmm. I will say that the store I called had the battery she wanted, went to the Lincolnway store and it was too close to closing time on a Sunday to drive to the other store. Still very happy with the service I get at O'Reilly's....keep up the good work=keep this customer for all local part purchases.

Don't no way they hire women to sell Auto parts even though there are plenty of women that have knowledge of automotive parts I always seem to get stuck with the one that don't know a brake pad from a screwdriver
