“The pharmacy industry (as well as health care as a whole) has been widely affected the past few years due to medication shortages, staffing shortages, etc. Despite this, this location is always on top of things. They are always well staffed and friendly. My prescriptions are filled when I need them and typically little to no wait. When there is a line, it moves rather quick. Having to pick up a prescription isn’t a painful experience for me here like it has been at other pharmacies. Kudos to the pharmacy staff at 1010 E Ireland Rd South Bend!”
“The most competent, caring, and passionate pharmacy staff to ever exist. They are amazing! They deliver. They answer questions. They go above and beyond to help patients live their best, healthiest lives. They actually care about and are invested in the community and its members. As someone who works in healthcare and also has multiple chronic illnesses, I have encountered A LOT of pharmacies, and none of them are even close to as amazing as Healthy U Rx. They are so great at communicating. They are fast. They are patient. They don't just care about profit or do the bare minimum; they are passionate about helping the patients they serve, and that is evident in everything they do. They give back to the community and are a beacon of light and joy in South Bend. Everyone should use Healthy U. I do not even have the words to express how wonderful they are. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.”

“Just started getting my prescriptions filled there.Their customer service is alright. They don't seem to be too interested in conversation but that is fine. they are pretty respectful and called me to fill me in prior to filling a prescription I was going to have to pay for out of pocket.I totally appreciate them. They are pretty quick to fill my prescriptions as well.”
“Curb side pick up was amazing. My order was filled quickly. Instructions to pick up were easy to follow and the actual pick up was flawless. My daughter has food poisoning and I wanted to get the items to relieve her discomfort quickly. The order was filled before I could even get my shoes on. Once I got to walgreens to pick up my order I barely waited 3 minutes when it was brought to my car by a very kind person. All around an amazing experience that I would recommend.”

“I’m embarrassed using my real name.My daughter has been sick and we used Teladoc however our insurance doesn’t cover scripts from out of network doctors. I didn’t know that till I got there and the total was 250 and some odd dollars.I left in tears. I used a goodRX and still was a little too much but planned on using 4 different payment methods.I’m not sure who she is but she works for your company she covered my script for my child.I’ll never forget that. I cried right there and cried all the way to my car and home.Thank you, thank you so much.You didn’t have to do that for me but you did and I’ll never forget it.Thank you everyone at this location for being kind while I rummaged through my bag for changes and cards.”

Memorial Team Pharmacy is a hidden gem! The staff here are incredibly friendly and caring, offering a level of service you just don’t find at other pharmacies. They treat everyone with equal respect and genuinely care about ensuring you get your medications, even the very expensive name-brand ones.
I was amazed when they helped me get a manufacturer coupon for a medication that cost hundreds. At CVS, I was spending so much without knowing about these options. “Great pharmacy to go to! I spoke with Andrea, the manager of the pharmacy. She helped me get all my prescriptions transferred. Was very helpful to figure out which ones I had refills on and got them filled immediately. This is the best customer service I've gotten in a very long time. Courteous, helpful and friendly. The entire pharmacy staff was friendly and actually the entire cvs staff was friendly. This is the CVS on Western avenue. So if you're looking for a helpful pharmacy staff, I suggest that you go to the CVS on Western avenue! If I could have put more stars up I would have.”

“I made an appointment 3 days ago to get a flu vaccine at Ireland Road only to have my appointment cancelled 2 hours before. I rescheduled online at Cleveland Rd for 6:50 p.m. today. I was unable to get my vaccine due to staffing. I appreciate they heard my complaint and the manager handled it well. It's always good to see businesses who value their customers.”

“I've been getting my prescriptions from here for a couple of years and never had any problems. Much better than going to the Walmart Pharmacy for sure. I don't come here much often for anything else, but I do on occasion and never had a problem with the store staff or general cleanliness of the store.”
“I Love Walgreens! I get lots of discounts online through their app and my membership for their Rewards program. They have a fast drive-thru for their Pharmacy, and they text you when your meds are ready for pick up. Their photography section is groovy and has the 1 hour photo pick up where you can upload your photos online. Thanks Walgreens!”
“Have been working with Meijer Pharmacy, Portage Rd., South Bend, IN. I have had a great customer service experience. Prescriptions were sent in from urgent care. I contacted the pharmacy to see if meds were ready. Turns out they only had the antibiotic on hand and the other med would not arrive until 4:00 PM the next day. Today, I called about the med at is ready at the expected time. I made 3 phone calls to the pharmacy and was treated kindly during every call. I know pharmacies are very chaotic places to work at times. I am sure that is true for this pharmacy given all the viruses, flu that are going on in our area. I am very impressed that every person I spoke with provided excellent customer service. The notification system doesn't seem to be working for me even after the tech. reset it yesterday. That is very minor in the scheme of things.”
