it's hard to find the parking at this location. even if you have a reservation for Prime parking everything is full.

Super Loud ads blast at you the entire time you're pumping gas. Skipped speedway to avoid this and now these guys do it.

Stopped in after work for some gasoline and milk. I was disgusted to find, at the time of this writing, that one half gallon of whole milk was $4.29. That's $8.58 for one gallon of milk. I find this pricing to be outrageous and offensive. I don't mind paying a small premium for convenience but this is over double the cost of milk in any grocery store. Just down the road a competitor is selling full gallons for $5.69 which is an appropriate premium for milk at a convenience store. Pair this pricing issue with the incredibly annoying impossible-to-mute gas pump advertising, and I see no need to ever return to this business. Plenty of competition in the area that won't rub me the wrong way. First time customer, last time customer!

I’ve never experienced anything like this in my entire career—over something as simple as a pot of coffee. I stopped at Pilot and politely asked the staff (an older Black woman, to be specific) if she could make a fresh pot, since the coffee in the dispenser looked old and was down to the last bit, which often results in a bitter, sludgy pour.
Instead of simply making a new pot, she got upset and told me there was “enough left to fill my cup.” I found her response unprofessional and unwelcoming. As a customer, I believe I have the right to request a fresh cup of coffee without being met with attitude.
Her behavior made me so uncomfortable, I couldn’t even trust the coffee she Made afterward—I had no idea what she might have done to it. Needless to say, I wouldn’t drink it, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to do so either.
This kind of experience is exactly how businesses lose loyal customers. I won’t be returning to this Pilot location again.

The shower was nice and hot but the janitorial person who was cleaning them didn't speak any English. And I waited for ever to get into a shower because he spent most the time talking to a semi driver in Spanish instead of cleaning the showers so the 4 people waiting for one to be ready. So could be used I guess what I'm saying is less talking more working or do it on your break

My shower experience was good. Literally . No exaggeration. Shower #4. Good hot water, good water pressure. Shower room itself was decent as far as cleanliness. Thing is, I went in early in the AM about 3AM or 4AM. Those who Shower before those times may have a different experience than I did. But Shower # 4 is the best one to be in. And I'm picky, so I know a good Shower when I'm inside one for sure !

Stopped for gas headed south coming through South Bend. Nothing to complain about but also nothing to call home about. The facility was in desperate need of a face lift. Pumps were old and tattered. Worker was extremely friendly.

Not recommended for showers. No hot water. No shower stalls. If the temperature outside is around 32°F. Not recommended for those with a weak heart. But if you think you'll be ok, I recommend a cold shower. Good Luck.🤞

Please tell me why the card readers and receipts don’t work on the pumps, clerk thought it was funny.. it’s a huge inconvenience especially when the speedway across the street has cheaper fuel and I can pay at the pump!!!
