Pro Form fixed a funny little folding bike with a mechanical issue before a long trip. The staff is helpful, considerate and super friendly. They are staying open late and got professional services that got bikes riding again. The shop great repair and great bikes for sale, brand new and super helpful staff. They dialed in derailleur hanger, trued the frame and tuned the bike for a good price. Help over the phone is very handy and convenient. The customer got good information about other products and very knowledgeable friendly service. Great customer service, quick time frame and definitely be back.
I tried three places to get Canadian passport photos with no good results but then Gene’s photo was perfect. Nick was great!

This shop is wonderful! The employees are personable, care about their work, and are experts in their field! They provided excellent service for my bike at an affordable cost, and continued to give me great tips on how to improve the bike and care for it properly. Very happy with this business!
