Rob took care of us as his immediate assignment was to take care of a family of 6. 3 adults and 3 tiny humans— including our 1-month-old-daughter-tomorrow; our water pump in our new-to-us 2019 Chevy Suburban started leaking while we were on the road in South Bend, IN. Hands down, best service, especially on a Holiday weekend (Labor Day); this was our 2nd stop as all the mechanics had gone home for the day at the first place we stopped at. Praise God that he was willing to take care of us. He asked us kindly to unload our family and the new pump was going to be delivered asap; we were able to walk across the street to the Martin’s Cafe to enjoy lunch, love on a newborn baby, kids played on their iPads while they charged them. All praise to God for allowing us to get ton Rob’s Service Center (5307 W. Western Ave.) He prides himself on Honesty & Integrity with a whatever it takes attitude and we are grateful, so very grateful. If you need assistance nearby South Bend, please stop and give him your business. You’ll be thankful you did; we are ever so grateful to make our trip from TN to MI easier than what could have happened. Here’s to a better start to the holiday weekend, thanks to Rob!

was referred by veldman's (swamped) & both listed on erie ins tow svc. my subaru would start, rev to 1400rpm & immediately die. repeat 5 times, called rob's. he suggested giving extra pedal to overcome possible purge valve cutoff, and it worked, immediately! top notch advice, this man & shop deserve more business, highly recommended!

I was referred to Rob's Service Center by my neighbor. I took my 2010 Odyssey EX-L to Rob's, thinking I might need an A/C system overhaul and had noticed some pulsing at the wheels when braking. Fortunately, Rob called and provided an honest and thorough diagnosis. He repaired the issues quickly, at a fair price, and with integrity. We had Rob recharge the freon (he could have suggested a much bigger repair) and replaced the front brake rotors and pads (he advised us that the rear ones could wait). It's difficult to find a good and honest mechanic, but Rob made a very good first impression with our family van.
