Ross Deal was extremely unfair and unreasonable when it came to an insurance claim involving his own family as the perpetrator. He would not work around a first responder schedule thus causing extra out of pocket rental car coverage. He does not realize not everyone works a 9a-5p schedule. He was condescending and rude to deal with on the phone showing absolutely no human decency.
I would never recommend dealing with this “agent”.
