It’s a testament to SW and this store that at least two of the people I’ve worked with have been there for years. Friendly, eager & willing to help, and always a pleasure to work with. And the paint product is superior. Probably a bit more expensive but quality usually is. And worth it in the long term. Kudos, guys!

Honestly, I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at the SW Ironwood location this morning. The saleswoman could not have had a less enthusiastic attitude or been less helpful to me. I will definitely look elsewhere the next time I need paint.

My neighborhood paint shop — known for knowledgeable & friendly staff plus a great selection. However, I’m horribly disappointed that the store is not wheelchair accessible. Despite “only” a curb from parking lot to entrance, no attempt has been made to construct a ramp. Unable to access the store in my chair, therefore I won’t be visiting this location.
