Horrible service. Walked in team member was on his phone at the cash register. Tried to ask for a pencil and pen holder for a 3 ring binder and just got told an aisle and couldn't find it.

The South Bend, Indiana Staples had the printer cartridges in stock. The price was a bit higher than Amazon, but I could get what I needed in the store and not have to wait for shipping.

It’s 1:12pm on a Saturday and the doors are locked at the South Bend, IN location. With no signage as to why. A couple cars in the parking lot and the lights are on inside. Several people have arrived and left after realizing the doors are locked. I put in a printing job yesterday and requested the rush print job (done by 12pm). And drove 45 min to the store location because the location by me closed in 2023. Just glad I didn’t pay online because I’m not going to be over by this location again probably for months. Hate to waste paper if they end up printing it because I tried calling and sat on the phone with no luck. I don’t want to drive another hour and a half round trip only for it to be closed again. So strange.

Store is in a great location for service. Dissapointed in the store appearance. Had good employee exchanges that made it work well. Hope that it is successful and remains a great store.

I wanted one item laminated. It was an hour wait or return next day. It takes 10 mins to laminate. I also had old print cartridges to recycle. They almost didn't take them since I wasn't a Reward member wanting money back! I don't want the money but they said they won't take them next time. I have to be a reward member to recycle. What??!! A wasted trip to this store.

it's fine, they have a decent selection. only one employee going around to help people, but it was not busy. they didn't have what I was looking for though.

These people will not stand behind their products they will not even look up a product you bought to see if you want the warranty if you don't remember they say they're incapable of looking up anything you bought and they are absolutely no help when you try to get tech service to try to fix the problem will never buy anything from them again because they are no help on service or repairs

Trying to get business cards is a joke. They don't really seem to know their way around their job. Miscommunication, lost orders, lack of ability to manage mishaps. Also unprofessional discussions in front of customers and about other customers.

Very friendly service that was fun to talk to. They usually have what you want for your office needs without the fancy fluff. Never have a bad time there. If worse came to worst, I'd leave empty handed because they don't have a niche item.

They dont sell pla filament like there web site says. Also you could buy most things they sell here either from mijer or best buy. They have not falsely advertised yet so there is that.

The store manager is rude. I witnessed her berating one of the cashiers. Instead of looking at a teachable moment, she was hateful. I will never go back there
