Ive been a customer of Tim Grauel/State Farm for quite a few years. Thankfully, I've rarely had a need to submit claims, but on the few occasions that I have, or when I've had any other questions/concerns in the past, Angela, Tim, as well as other staff have always been very helpful. Thier extremely friendly customer service is as good as it gets....very good people!

Megan was absolutely amazing! I called to get my insurance changed over and within an hour she had done it! Not only that but she found me discounts to help get me the best price and ended up saving me over $300 from what I was paying someplace else. Couldn't have asked for a better experience in an industry I barely understand. 😊
