I made a mistake with one of the packages and the labels needed to go on a different package. The manager picked up my packages from the box and slung them on to the counter in a very hyffy way. She began speaking very loudly and rudely to me. I told her I knew I made a mistake but there was no excuse for her talk to ml that way! I thought we could work through it together but I was wrong!!!

This place is a joke. I had mail coming to this place. This worker name amber she does not wanna do her job. She is lazy and will lie to u saying your mail and package is lost or not there and witch it was. Reason how I know is first off I have a tracking number and it say it is there. When ever I got ahold of a different worker they said my mail/package was there and got it for me. Happen 6 times to me. It got so bad with this amber girl worker she would scan my stuff on purpose making it seem on the computer I already have my stuff. The other workers would be so confused because they are only going by what the computer say. The workers would tell me I only have 2 packages but I told them no I don't I have 4. I already complain on this amber girl so many times. I will tell you guys this do your research before coming here. There is a reason why this place is a low score. I will never be coming back here again like I said place is a joke. You pay to get your mail/package there and people do not wanna do their job. I just want my stuff and go home all the extra drama that comes with it I don't need.
