I came in with return instructions for a warranty item. The associate, (I didn’t catch her name) refused to pack the item for me as stated in the instructions, me stating that the store wouldn’t get paid. When I again referred her to the return instructions that included The UPS Store packaging the item, she began demanding a QR code from me. I called the company I was sending the return to. Their rep asked her questions about what she was seeing on her screen (the return instructions were very detailed about what to enter into the UPS system) after which she refused to speak with them further longer and began demanding a QR CODE. When I asked if she could reach out to her tech support team for assistance, she with a raised voice said to me “ma’am, this is your item, YOU figure it out!” In the end, I ended up paying for packing materials, but later realized had she just followed the instructions as written the transaction would’ve worked. She never entered or even asked for my return order number.

not a comfortable experience each time I go there
we do a lot of business w ups
mighty strange people running a so-called professional business under the big name UPS barely will speak to you when you walk through the door
they seem to be on the nervous side for whatever reason
nervous people make me nervous

The owners and employees are so kind to everyone that comes in the store! Especially Sana, she is the most pleasant lady, always sharing her warm smile with customers! A very calming effect, I enjoy watching her as she is respectful to everyone!

I went to this location only out of convenience as I normally go to another. The lady here was so incredibly rude when I had to wait for the internet to work to get my code pulled up. The woman there got an attitude with me when I said that I hadn't ever had to do that before and I was sorry for any miscommunication. She then just had an attitude the entire time I was there and was like pull up your instructions this is what Amazon tells you to do. I will never go back to the store she is so rude and from seeing your other reviews it seems like you have a problem at this store that needs to be addressed and it's this person working. Whatever you do go to another location and get better customer service because this place is an absolute joke.

Poor wifi and $2.55 charge to print a return label is a joke. They look for every chance to nickle and dime you. Beware!

Lakeisha is nice, but no one else is kind or smiles. Unfortunately today as we walked to the door, the employee hurried up and locked the door. It was closing time, 2:30pm, but that was just rude.

If I could give this absolute joke of a location, zero stars I would I go here with a box already packed already taped up ready to ship and I said I need to print out a return label. He said no problem. Email the return label to the store I emailed the return label to the store and the joke of a person Decided to charge me $2.55 to print out a UPS return label . If you want to get scammed, go to this location since when does a customer have to pay for a UPS return label.

The lady i dealt with was absolutely no help! Anytime I asked a question she told me to call customer service. She has the worst customer service and her attitude is un called for.
