I was there August 9 and the store manager was very rude and racist she told me during an interview that I can go work a fast food restaurant because it’s more my style and she stated that she would only like to have Notre dame students working for her because they are the biggest money spenders and that’s how the sales go up. She also stated that during home games she can make a lot of money off of the students easily because they are rich spoiled brats and they can. Afford any thing with a swipe of a card. Me and my family won’t be back to shop there I have family members that attend Notre dame and I know the staff very well especially the administration they have been notified. Will not support a store that’s racist and disrespectful to people of color

Me personally I would never shop here again. The employees were rude and did not help me at all because I am a different race. Unbelievable

Staff is really nice and friendly. Clearance deals are also pretty good. Really awesome place to shop every once in a while.

Hattie or Haddie was her name. I do apologize for the misspellings of her name. She was definitely an amazing help during my whole shopping experience. Helped me order the pants I wanted. Show me some things she like. She was a great vibe the whole time. Conversations were fire! Her customer service is through the roof!! Thank you again for yesterday!! Just that small time shopping there made me day better than it was going. Keep up the great work you guys.

If you like Urban Outfitters, you'll like this store. Clean & tidy with friendly staff. The front door is almost rusted shut, so push hard, they're open!
