I have 2 Expensive packages I paid for fast shipping and it has been sitting at this location for 2 weeks. I was supposed to get my packages within 2 days of it being shipped. No one answers the phone 😒 I just want my packages to move already this location is 3 hours away from me it should not take this long to move my boxes.

The staffs are rude and unhelpful! They hold my important documents for days without any update. And then they send my parcel back to the Indianapolis branch. They don’t care your time at all!

Every time one of my packages goes to South Bend. It gets delayed 3 to 6 days before it gets shipped off every time whoever they got working there Needs to be fired

The front staff here have no idea how to handle a passport renewal. I got conflicting information from two of them on what's needed to do so. I've been there twice so far, can't wait to see what they tell me I need on my third try. I also got lost my first time going there and the woman working made sure to tell me I was exactly 3 minutes late for my appointment. I've mailed stuff from here and they're fine for that, but go somewhere else for your passport.
