This place is a joke. The supervisor Mimi will not follow up like she promises. She will not try and track down a package that the carrier delivered to the incorrect location. Jeremey the operator will act like he cannot hear you to not deal with you. He will disconnect the call if you call back. He will then mumble your number like he is writing it down and then act like he cannot hear you. They don’t care about the errors their carrier makes and don’t do anything about delivering to the incorrect location.
New update 7/10:
My packages are still having issues being delivered to my home and so I call him talk to said manager, and she told me because I live on a road with construction that they have decided to discontinue delivering my packages until further notice and my package would be held at the location since it was not delivered the prior day. I confirmed if I came up there today to come get this package I would be able to pick it up and she confirmed yes. I came up there today dealt with serene Williams who I’ve dealt with before and gave me misinformation Today. Refused to give me a package said that the carrier took the package back out with them because it’s not my normal carrier. So now I had to drive all the way over to this location to go get a package that I was told was left there that was never actually left at that location and they let the driver take off with it again. Now I have to wait and watch for my package to possibly be delivered to the Temp mailbox and hope that it’s there by the time I can get to it whenever the mail carrier decides to deliver my mail.

This is probably one of the worst post offices in the nation. The lobby and window are rarely opened up on time. Today I waited for 15 minutes after 8:00 and it was still dark in the lobby. Totally unacceptable for any business. I've already had two packages lost in 3 months. It's time to find a new place to mail packages for my business.

Wish I could give zero stars. I haven’t gotten mail in weeks. Where does it go? The lack of consistency when it finally does get delivered is infuriating. Could be anywhere from 6am-8pm. The staff is stupid and rude. Yall should be embarrassed. *update as of 07/24/24* they lost yet another package. Its gotta be some kind of record.

I keep getting everyone else's mail and not my own. I haven't received my utility bills in over a month cause someone else has it and I feel the carriers need to do better at their jobs. My government letters are missing and have my info on them. Thus post office needs to handle this situation immediately!

Haven’t received mail in week. Keep getting notifications saying they can’t get to the mailbox. The county just cleared our street after several days. The county not clearing the streets is out of my control. However the USPS still has a job to do and they are not doing it. We have rebates and packages that they are not delivering. I have kept my drive way clear. If you could at least bring it to the door.

Always opening late. Lobby says opens at 6:45am Mon-Fri well they opened it at 7:50am on a Monday. Window says they open at 8am Mon-Fri and its 8:10am and they aren’t open. Been here multiple times and it seems to be a reoccurring problem with whomever they delegate the responsibility to open.

This is a constant issue! If not regular carrier, they do not deliver half the time. Some WILL NOT! deliver packages that need signed for and lie, claiming they attempted to when they did not because they are lazy and will not get out of their vehicles. So ridiculous!Offices customer service typically contract you quickly but it doesn't matter when some of the carriers just plan don't do their job.

I went in to mail an envelope for the 1st time & the lady behind the register gave me advice and saved me money and educated me on how to proceed with mailing my paperwork.I've gone since then on more than one occasion, and they usually only have one person at the front, so just go in with time and patience. If you're nice they'll be nice too.
