I specifically go to this post office, even though it’s not the one closest to my house because the one downtown on Michigan St. (which is the closest one) is awful. I love this post office! I’ve never had a negative experience. The lady who helped me today was very friendly and made my experience that much better....

They do not know what they are doing. Can not tell me why my mail is not being delivered. We go 3-4 days no mail even though app says to be delivered today.
