This is the worst bank, the fact they don’t do one time courtesy for their members is ridiculous, the staff is rude and unprofessional. When calling in some have no idea on what they doing. When something is going on on your account and you didn’t know what u could do the fact that they let it go through and allow it to happen is ridiculous. They don’t go above and beyond for their members what’s so ever, suggest anyone to bank elsewhere besides them.

I just I just opened a checking account and they had NO MANAGER for this store. Apparently the Hispanic lady helping me open my account was substituting from another store and messed up and didn't send my debit card because she was too busy screaming in my face at other Hispanics walking in the door talking in Spanish and she wasn't paying attention to my situation and she told me I would be getting my new debit card in 7-10 business days but it's been 14 and I still haven't received it. Apparently after calling another store they said she NEVER EVEN SENT IT!!!! I've never dealt with such horrible customer service by a manager of a bank dealing with my hard earned money. Don't expect to get a debit card for a month going with this bank.

I have not had any troubles with Flagstar thus far it has been easy to access my information and the staff when I opened up my checking account was very helpful and friendly.

This branch has thee worst customer service ever! They refused to notarize a document for security discretion which is an inconvenience to the customer in which i believed to be just as important! I've ordered 2 new debit cards since Covid hit, no new card. They're pretty much useless at this point. Flagstar needs to close or go back to wells fargo! Thunbs down for western branch very bad service. They just lost a customer.

Besides the mega scandal going down on the west coast (if you're smart you know what I'm talking about) the service here is AMAZING! Everyone at this location is kind and treats you like family!
