The bank on Mishawaka Ave has to have the absolutely worse service I have ever seen in my entire life. I am standing in line right now as I am writing this review. I have been standing in like for 15 minutes with the same woman behind the desk just looking at me. When I asked if she was going to help me she told me I would have to wait for the other person to come back from the bathroom. When she finally walked out 20 mins later she started helping people in the drive thru line. I asked what was going on she responded she is helping you as I listened to her take care of person after person in the drive thru line. Finally when I spoke up again my check and I' was taken. There is no sense of urgency or customer recognition at all. Just blows my mind that the customer service is so bad here and the people that work here get away with it.

Inside clerks are very slow, i am currently writing this review at their front desk waiting on a withdrawal of under 5k that is taking over 20 minutes. Not to mention I called before coming to make sure they had the specific amount. Still alone at the front desk waiting for an employee to come back.

Everyday is worse. One day I can receive money, another day I can't receive money. I try to transfer money by zelle, and for security, the bank stopped the transaction for only $20!!!!! It is the same If I transfer money to the same person $1 or $200. So if you call customer service on weekend, forget it, you have to wait until Monday to resolve the problem. So you can't move your money freely I'm going to close my account. I have a lot of headache from all of this. It's enough

APPARENTLY OPENING AN ACCOUNT IN SOMEONES NAME NO LONGER REQUIRES THE ACTIUAL PERSON TO APPROVE. FLAG STAR OPENED AN ACCOUNT IN MY NAME WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND THE THEY DEDUCTED 15 DOLLARS OUT OF IT FOR AN 'ADMINISTRATION FEE'. LET ME KNOW WHEN Y'ALL FAIL AND A NEW BANK BUYS YOU OUT.
