I walked into staples on Sunday with a print project. They said it was too complicated to handle in person and to send my documents over email and they would have it finished the next day or two. I sent in the documents Monday, called to check on Tuesday and they hadn't checked their email. They said they would start on the project and I asked if I could pick it up Friday. They said absolutely! I called Friday morning and they had no idea what I was talking about. They then proceeded to tell me my project was too complicated and they couldn't do it. Why didn't they just tell me this from the beginning ? It completely wasted my time and I could have spent the week figuring out how to get this project done. Terrible customer service. I don't care how complicated it is and I don't need an explanation. Either you will do it or you won't and we both move on. Just don't go there unless you literally need to print basic regular pieces of paper I guess????
