PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS:
The store attendant was very helpful and courteous. He even gave me the match price for the item online which is a reduced price from the one inside the store. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The check-out process was fast and before I knew it I was on my way out and feeling very satisfied with the service...5 π π π π π indeed. The staff at Staples on East Southport Road in Indianapolis was very helpful when I was needing label maker tape. I couldn't determine which tape I needed, as they are listed by a number provided by Brother, the maker of the label maker. I appreciated the professionalism and the courtesy of the assistant that helped me.

Worst experience you could ever have. Just looking for replacement charger for laptop and the assistant manager that is balding would not even help his associate to help me! What a horrible experience and know I know why the parking lot is always empty. I wonβt shop here again!!

Ordered posters for business. Drove up. Said redirected to someone else and no idea when be done. No apologies. Just we can refund. Drove 25 mins for thier poor service. No email or call stating this before hand.
