  Was a great quick stop. Just needed some labels on my way to work. Walked in and was greeted. Another associate nearby saw what I was looking for and directed me. Then the cashier helped me verify I had the right labels to match what I brought in. Quick and easy stop.

  The printer supplies are along the west wall, in numerical order, and check-out is simple for we busy shoppers.

  I went to staples to scan and print somethings. It was my first time to do it so I could not understand it. I asked a guy working at that area. He was around 50s with beard a chunky guy. He was feeling disturbed and did not like to help. He kept telling me " read the instructions" multiple times instead of trying to help me. There was not even a single customer in there. 2 times 5 minutes sessions expired but he did not help. Eventually I had to go to office depot. I will never come back.

  Was very impressed with the knowledge of the two ladies that assisted me, Especially that one that walked me to the car and helped me load the two large and heavy items that i had purchased

  I really enjoyed the store. I was my first visit. The store associates were sharp and on top of their game. After recently moving here from Oregon, I felt right at home in a familiar setting as Staples remains one of my favorites stores. In fact, my family tells me I can't be trusted in a Staples store. :)

  I use all surrounding staples as my go to- to drop off packages for my small business. As staples offers drop offs for ups/usps etc for other carriers as well. I drop off anywhere from 15-20 packages at a time. No other stores have an issue taking care of the service they provide aside from this location here. The lady who was helping us kept complaining about our drop off and just gave us a very terrible experience over all. It could have been as simple as scanning our packages/keying them in and going on about it. But in other wards we got a complaint after each package she set down. And proceeded to make comments to the next guests in line after we walk out. Don't offer a service if you aren’t interested in taking care of your customer, and you’re going to make rude comments about your customer.

  My mother and I went into Staples today hoping to print some stuff out for a Christmas present. My mom isn’t tech savvy and needed some help figuring out how to download individual files instead of the max amount allowed for an email. There was only 1 guy working the print area and the store was not busy at all. Not one time did he ask us if we were doing okay or if we needed help. When we finally went up to the desk to ask him for help, he wasn’t friendly at all. He kind of had this attitude that we were bothering him even though we were the only ones at the printing area at the time. I’m pretty sure his name was Chip. Was not helpful at all, was not friendly, and we ended up leaving. I think my mom and I will be seeking printing services elsewhere. From what I’ve heard, this is a common problem with Chip.

  Went in at 7pm on a Saturday night and was unable to get 60 color two sided copies on cardstock. (Self service machines do not take card stock paper). No one working in the print area. 3 employees and a manager working let me stand there for 15 mins before telling me they have a "que" yet nothing was printing and bo one was working in the department to clear said que. Brook the manager huff about us needing service and was very unpleasant about the situation. Just poor customer service. Won't be going back.

  I was recently in Indianapolis for a trade show. We needed a monitor, right away, in stock. Calling around was terrible; teleprompting, reaching call centres despite calling the store's number, unable to tell me inventory, etc. Calling this Southport Staples was fantastic. Directly speaking to a sales agent in-store who was gracious and helpful (I wish I remembered her name). Finding out directly if monitor was in stock. Setting it aside for me. Thank you very much for great customer service!

Whether it was printer ink, paper, or stationery, Staples in Southport had a good variety and seemed to cater to the needs of both home and professional office setups.One of the standout features of Staples was the helpful and friendly staff. The employees were readily available, approachable, and willing to assist customers. In my experience, they were knowledgeable about the products and provided helpful recommendations when I had specific inquiries. It's always reassuring to have attentive staff members who can guide you in finding the right items for your needs.Furthermore, the store offered a range of services that proved to be quite convenient. The print and copy center inside the store was well-equipped and efficient. I was able to get my documents printed and bound quickly, saving me valuable time. The availability of services like these on-site makes Staples a one-stop-shop for office-related needs.In terms of pricing, Staples offers competitive rates on most of its products. While not always the absolute cheapest option, the store provides value for the quality of its offerings. Additionally, the availability of discounts and promotions helped make the overall shopping experience more budget-friendly.However, one area where Staples in Southport fell a bit short was the store's size. It felt relatively smaller compared to other office supply retailers I've visited. This occasionally resulted in a crowded environment, especially during busy periods, making it slightly more difficult to maneuver through the aisles. Despite this, the staff made efforts to ensure a smooth shopping experience, even during busy times.In conclusion, Staples is a convenient and reliable destination for office supplies and services. With its well-organized layout, helpful staff, and a range of offerings, the store caters to both individual and professional needs. While it may be on the smaller side, the convenience and quality make up for any minor drawbacks. I would recommend Staples to anyone in need of office supplies in the Southport area.

  Best customer service and selection in town! Passport photos were super easy to get. Great selection of desk chairs and priced right. Super helpful with my router questions too.
