It's one of the newer stores and with that said, it is fairly big, bright and clean. I always loved Aldi's and being from Germany I do appreciate the food selection here. It is my go to and stock up store. I am however, not a fan of the self-checkout trend. Also depending from what side of town you are trying to get here, the access can be a bit difficult and convaluted.

I love Aldi in Speedway. A breath of fresh air to me. I personally have always found the store clean and well stocked. Employees are always very helpful and knowledgeable. As of late I've chosen to pick up my orders. I have to say their shoppers for pick up orders are among the best. I try to shop once a month. Therefore my order is quite large. The shopper follows my directions explicitly on what items I prefer. And orders are always ready hours before scheduled. Which is fine with me. The shoppers have always been very personable. And seem to enjoy their job. I appreciate all Aldi in Speedway has to offer. Be sure to look for the AOS. (Aisle Of Shame). Seasonal and ever changing items. In the AOS be sure to checkout the candies. 2 and 3 wick are seriously comparable to Bath and Body Works. And a fraction of the cost! I could go on and on about the organic choices of foods available. For you meat lovers they have ground lamb! DELICIOUS! As you can see, I'm a die hard Aldi in Speedway fan. If anyone complains, I'd say that's probably part of their nature. Try it and found out for yourself.

I really like that Aldi has some organic options that are healthy. They have definitely stepped up their game when it comes to this.I would like to see the store a little cleaner. I do like how they keep everything in order and it's easy to find things when you are looking for it. They even carry low-carb bread if that's your jam!I feel their fresh fruits and vegetables are good quality. They are also reasonably price compared to your big box stores. If you've not checked them out, go and see the great selections. They also have a seasonal aisle that has some fun festive items.

Since the recent events of rodent sightings at some of the more established stores around this area, I decided it was time to give Aldis a go, and I must say, I have been thrilled with the outcome. Food has been fresh, the store has been clean, the people have been friendly, and the prices have been considerably low. What more could you ask for?

I did the Aldi's pickup option... and I strongly recommend you don't. 2 boxes of pasta was so smashed that there was pasta in the bottom of the bag. Wouldn't have minded just putting the dry pasta back in the box if there wasn't leaking raw meat thrown in without one of the deli plastic bags. The raw meat was placed with my fruit and bread and completely smashed my bread. Speaking of the fruit, the raspberries were moldy and leaking. I understand that not everything will be in stock but so much of my order was refunded. I am SO glad I made sure that I had all of my items that I was charged for BECAUSE I WAS MISSING 11 OF THE ITEMS THEY "FOUND." I would have been charged for items I didn't receive if I didn't take the time to check. That was more than 1/5 of my order, not including the refunded items. Now it will take 7+ days to get my money back for the refunded items and the missing items so I will have to go without basic necessities that I ordered. So disappointed. Do NOT do pickup.

I love Aldi's. The prices are going up. I'm starting to find stuff cheaper at Kroger's and Walmart but it's cool, I'm still going to shop there.

Stocked? Usually. Clean? Fairly. Good selection? Typically. Customer service? Absolutely horrific. Don't go to this store unless you're craving being insulted, antagonized, and and then completely disrespected by the MANAGER. This man should be ashamed of himself. How deeply unfortunate it's the closest location by miles. Still won't be shopping.

Just realized that an Aldi store had opened in Speedway, which is closer for me than either their Avon or Lafayette Road locations, so I decided to check it out this afternoon. There was a much larger selection of produce here than I found on my last visit to the Avon Aldi. The celery, carrots and broccoli crowns were much less expensive than at other groceries. However, their spring mix price was about the same. Many of their items are brands I'm not familiar with, but I took a chance and purchased oatmeal packets and peanut butter...hope they are comparable quality to the brands I normally purchase. Their basic bread items are also priced lower. The downside for me with Aldi is their limited selection...I really needed horseradish -- but they don't stock it and their prepared cocktail sauce is made with high fructose corn syrup. Fortunately for me, there was a nearby Kroger store where I found the horseradish I needed. The Aldi store was clean, organized and checkout was fast. I have found this to be true at the majority of Aldi locations I have shopped.
