“My visit to this location was my second time being in this store. This location is bigger than the one I normally go to. It's clean with wider isles. The store is a unique design. It isn't laidout like the rest of the stores. You have some isles running horizontally. The others isles are running vertically. All refrigerator units go around the back angled wall. The store seems to have a wider variety of products. The products themselves actually seem like a better product than the other dollar general store. The employees were awesome. Super friendly, polite, and know how to handle customers that are out of line. Which unfortunately a man walked in and started cussing out the cashier during my visits. There was no reason for this man to even come in the store to begin with. He was drunk and hadn't bought anything from the store prior to this. He was complaining about about heat outside and was cussing the cashier lady about it like she was to blame. Another customer started to talk stern to the man to run him out of the store and telling how rude and disrespectful he was. I stayed with the cashier lady to give her support. None of what happened was her fault at all. The lady quickly recovered from her shock and dismay. She got right back into doing her job. Talking away to me about the products I bought. She didn't let this man ruin her vibe or her day. Excellent store,employees, and product.”
“The cashier Marilyn was very helpful and knowledgeable. She rang her lane out and then helped the new cashier with ringing my order out. Both associates are friendly and nice. The store was clean. I had a great time shopping in this store. I also enjoyed the conversation with the associates. Good job DG.”
“As always, staff were polite. The store was busy. Last-minute shoppers for Valentines Day, but after getting what I came for, there was no line at the cashier. So, in and right back out. My only complaint is that they have greatly reduced the 2 for $1 card selection and are very limited in that category for cute "thinking of you cards" to send my granddaughters.”
“This store is well stocked, the shelves were fairly neat and there weren't any boxes blocking the aisles. This store is noticeably cleaner than the other Dollar Tree stores that I have shopped at. That's how you can tell that they have happy employees here! Also, the cashier was very pleasant and polite.”
“They must have just recently opened this store because there were a lot of shelves that didn't have anything on them. I'm looking mostly for craft stuff and hopefully they will have a good supply soon.

“I was there yesterday and had a cart full, I mean over flowing the cart. I spent $248.00 in dollar general. The line was empty when I got to the register, I turn around and there's at least 4 people in line behind me. Across I'm like omg I'm so sorry y'all and I began rushing but the guy behind the register was so nice and patient with me, we also had a few good laughs about parents coming to visit. I wish I knew his name because good customer service is in short supply these days. Ty”

“This is the cleanest and best stocked Dollar Tree in Indy area. This was my first visit. The strip mall is not easy to get into. We had to drive around back to get in. The store seems newer and is huge. Seasonal displays were full. I was able to find craft items that I couldn't find at other Dollar Trees. They carry merchandise that is higher priced as well. They had a nice selection of kitchen and tableware. The staff is efficient and friendly. Check out was quick. I'll make the trip again. It was worth it.”

And yes, I have. No other store is as clean as organized as this store...thank you to the manager for putting together such a team who takes pride in their work as well as the way their stores should look and if you don't believe it, just travel to some of the other stores and look around.

“This is my first time stopping in here in a few years and it has certainly changed! The shelves are neat. The aisles are clear, there are signs telling you where things are at and those items are actually there! They have groceries. They have a dairy and a freezer section. The shelves are well stocked! The people that work there are friendly and they greet you when you come in and they thank you for shopping there! There aren't any zombies hanging around the front of the building and I actually was not afraid to go into the store like I am at some of their other locations! I'll drive a little further to go to this location in the future because of how neat, clean and inviting it is. Watch out for the Hole-y parking lot though! Lol”

“This is one of the best ones I've seen everything always in stock and if not you ask and they help and look I got some head phones that I buy there and they didn't work the lady there was so nice and helped me out she was friendly but worried about my backpack but that's understandable but she helped me return them and I got some better headphones you can take stuff back but you need to keep your receipt definitely recommended nice family dollar....”

“I go here fairly often and it’s kind of hit or miss. Sometimes it’s fully stocked and tidy, while other times shelves are bare and the isles are filled with boxes. Same goes for the checkout line. I did notice they’re now opening at 9 instead of 8 like they used to which was nice when needing to make an early trip. But overall the staff seems friendly and they always have fun holiday/seasonal items if your timing is right.”
“I was standing in line and a couple in front of me was buying birthday balloons. I'm not exactly sure what happened, but the manager came around to the register and said, "Tell them Happy Birthday from me. I'm buying the balloons for you today."It was only four mylar balloons... probably $20 worth, but what a great thing to do!That manager made everyone's day ?”

“I go here it's very convenient less than a mile from me, it's Never Packed which I love & if i usually go for a specific item, it's usually in stock. Most of the times though, I only go in to see what they have on their Deals & their clearance, which they have quite often so most of the stuff they still have in stock even clearance is usually pretty cool! So I always come out with some awesome stuff. Also I've never had any too bad of experiences here with the staff or at the register they are generally pretty nice vibes. Thank you.”
“Store is often understaffed. Employees are kept busy receiving orders, stocking orders. Returning items to their proper locations after customers decide they don't want it and randomly discard them anywhere but where they got them (not all, but more than enough to create chaos in an already chaotic atmosphere.) Lacking full time cashiers, impatient customers consider it an affront to have to wait for an employee, to stop stocking shelves, or helping other customers, to get to the cash register.
I hope this helps explain why there is sometimes no one at the register.
Cleaning, stocking, restocking, helping customers and keeping the store presentable takes time

“Had only 2 of my frozen favorites left but I was beyond ecstatic to find them!!! However, I was deeply saddened to discover that they no longer sell tampons at this location.... Still the store was clean and not a bunch of boxes waiting to get displayed! Nice job ladies!”
“This store has great staff and inventory is maintained well. They are very good at enforcing mask and cleanliness protocols. My only complaint would be that this stores inventory is skimpy and has less variety than other stores I've lived near!But it is neighborly and run smoothly!”
