Guy working the register today was very unprofessional and rude. Acted like it was a problem I needed something out of the back that they didnt stock on the shelf but showed in stock online. Says it could've sold out before I got there but I was standing in the store when I checked inventory online!!! I wont return to this store I will continue going to plainfield!!!!

Harbor Freight is truly a lifesaver! I run a mobile detailing business, and I’m always in need of reliable tools and equipment. From steamers, pressure washers, and water pumps to gloves, zip ties, and generators — they have everything I need at great prices.
Their warranty and repair plans are excellent and give total peace of mind. The quality and convenience make this store a blessing for anyone working in service, repair, or equipment-based businesses.

We were on a road trip with our Motorcycles with friends, pulling trailers, behind our bikes when our friends trailer took a bad hop and broke a shock mount. Solution: a little trailer, to put their trailer in so we could continue our vacation trip. He found Harbor Frieght had one, but it needed to be assembled. The manager Nicki was so incredibly helpful. She got it out back and showed us that we could assemble it behind the store and checked on us to make sure we were OK. Kuddos go out the a crew working behind HF, who also came to our rescue and offered us the use of some of their cordless power tools.
Best thing is, we were able to assemble that 3x4 trailer in about an hour. Then we went to retrieve their trailer. The Harbor frieght trailer pulled beautifully behind his trike!
Highly recommend this Harbor frieght and their staff.

My wife and I were on Harley's towing a trailer . The trailer broke and left us stranded on the highway. We went to Speedway Harbour Freight in Indianapolis and bought a trailer our broken trailer would fit on. Not only was it in stock but the ladies that work there let us build it behind the building they loaned us tools so we didn't have to buy any.

I've been raving about this place since I first visited a couple weeks ago . Went in there to buy a dolly ,, but left out with a BUNCH more . If you're a mechanic , plumber or into handyman type of work...this is the place for you . 12/10 WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!! I plan on coming back soon and frequently

I went to buy a tool, and I paid for it but before leaving I remembered that I was missing a key, and I went back to the checkout and the lady who is all tattooed told me, I can't charge you by card, if not she can charge me I will return the product, she said she couldn't make a refund, she didn't return the money go to another store to return it, I was very thoughtful because the store that I have visited for years, and I yelled and raised the boss what I already told you that I was not going to return your money go to another place,
