My husband went in there to try to get a couple things printed and has bad eyesight and was trying to take a picture on his phone to zoom in at the menu board to see pricing and one of the employees yelled at him through the store to ask if he was taking photos and embarrassed him . Never even apologize, even though my husband showed him his pictures after he came up to him.

best UPS store by far! I come here regularly for printing and highly recommend. The staff are friendly and several have greeted me by name as soon as I come in. They are very efficient and the wait is typically not as long as the line might make it seem. Store is clean too!

Tried to charge me $4 more to ship my box than the store on Rockville Road. Line long. Thank goodness I checked online for a price quote! Won't ever go to this store!!

I’ve always had an incredibly positive experience here. From the owner to the workers I love making them smile and laugh bc I know how hard their job can be. Keep up the great work. Customer service is not easy nowadays ppl have become super impatient and demanding.
