My CVT transmission was going out and my car was getting unsafe to drive. Erich sent a truck to pick up my car, fixed it, and got it driving like new. Working with Erich was pleasant he was always honest, thorough, and went above and beyond. We will definitely give him a call if we need any future work and will recommend them to anyone. Thanks! ?

Hummer H3 transmission went out. They got me in quick and got it done. Quality work for a good price. Hummers are hard to get parts and to find someone who knows how to rebuild a transmission right. Found my mechanic. Thanks

Some kid sold me a Mazda 3 with a 6 speed and I was in love with it I had it for 4 days and the clutch was all sort of messed up and he helped me with a great price and told me all about how the kid drove the car and was just informing me on this guy. Erich lied to me. My truck was towed there because the oil pressure would drop, the engine got hot, & it died. Initially he quoted $300, told me oil filter housing was cracked. Called back said valve cover gaskets had to be replaced $577! I didn't make it to Spencer, the oil pressure dropped, motor died. I called and texted him, constantly. He wanted me to drive truck back out there! I said it wasn't safe. He promises to come get it on the following Saturday. NEVER DID. I CALLED & TEXTED HIM FOR weeks! I disputed the charge. He had 45 days & waited until the last day before a holiday weekend to send an unreasonable copy (blackened) in reply. I NEVER SAW, OR SIGNER ANY REPAIR ORDER. THIS WAS THE SECOND & LAST TIME ERICH FROM AARON'S AUTO REPAIR WILL CHEAT THIS OLD WIDOW. HE's taken me for $1200+.

Had a breakdown on the side of the road in the area (no phone data at the time, of course) - I didn't know anything about any of the local shops but thankfully my tow-truck driver recommended this place. The owner's a great guy who put up with my constant "have you tried ____" texts with good humor while he worked to diagnose the car's issue, and -- let's be honest, this part is all you care about in a review for a mechanic -- he got me back on the road cheaply even though I had NO idea what was up with my car and would have believed anything he'd said. Totally open and honest about the status of the troubleshooting process the entire time, didn't even begin to try to scam or upsell me anything, and just generally good vibes. A little out-of-the-way, but don't let that deter you!
