Discrimination is tolerated, people arent punished for being horribly racist or homophobic. If you have medical problems they wont believe you and will treat you as such. Several major security issues in the last couple months. A dangerous and toxic work environment, do not recommend.

The whole non rehire thing that this company does is ridiculous. If you NEVER WORKED for the actual company, but for a contractor, they still refuse to hire you after 10 years. I've known several people who have worked there previously and have been hired again through a temp agency. Cook is better anyways.

I was under the impression that I would be on the assembly lines in their clean labs from both interviews, and orientation. Orientation was lab training and two lab walk throughs. I thought this place was perfect as I'm wanting to finish my biology degree. They placed 95% of people in my orientation who asked questions such as, "what does sterilization mean?" in the labs. I performed at 100% during training and at the end, was placed in a very non ventilated plastic molding department, where a few minutes in that department I became very light headed and sick. They informed me they had no other spot for me and walked me out the door. I would never trust their products after seeing who they choose to build them. And don't waste your time applying here.

This is just a facility used to outsource manufacturing over seas. They count on the local population only for the revolving door mentality twords local employment.

Absolutely terrible management.

The worst place i have ever worked in my life. The leadership does not know what they are doing. The supervisors pick favorites and if they just personally don't like you they will hound you, break you down, and purposely try to fire you. Also they do not even have Family Medical leave or at least that is what I was told by my supervisor when my wife was hospitalized. She said that they use a 3rd party company for FMLA and would not work with me at all. So for me I would rate it a 0 if I could.

Be ready to be dropped like a dime, especially if you're a temp. Doing the right thing or not. When I first got hired on, my training was rushed because I simply catch on quickly. My supervisor at the time left me to run a two, possibly three person station by myself on my first week (My first day was May7th). Overtime was ridiculous at that time as well. Considering I was a new hire, they gave me a choice to work or not. Me being new I declined because I did not feel comfortable with it. The next weekend I was mandated, and honestly can't remember the exact weekends that were also mandated, just know that it was A LOT of over time. Around maybe November of last year (2018) they came up with a weekend shift for my department. Also around this time I had now had 3 different supervisors. With the weekend shift and all other 3 shifts throughout the week, overtime definitely slowed down, it ended up being volunteer work for a little while... Until we started needing to catch up again because not all shifts were able to pull through. There were lots of material issues, and scrap issues that were not the Product Builder's fault. But, as you all may guess, we had to make up for it. And towards the end of my assignment there, the Supervisor and Engineers/Technicians wanted to blame the PB's instead of figuring out what was wrong with possibly the material, and maybe even the equipment. Good, quality work there in the end doesn't help you, it works against you. I was let go over what my 5th supervisor said. There was really no investigation and I wasn't even able to take up for myself. Good luck working for this company, hopefully you only wish to work there for a short term and hopefully you aren't in the department I was in, not that it really matters, once again, especially if you're through a temp service.

The front desk clerk is very rude, arrogant, and impolite. She is a very poor excuse of a customer service person. Honestly, no people and customer service skills. Needs to be replaced!

I worked here 17 years ago for a short while. I will start Monday July 10th this time. They are having open interviews there this Saturday, July 8th. It's a very clean, climate controlled facility that everyone pretty much look alike after we get suited up. Manufacturing/assembly of internal medical devices.

This is an excellent place to work and do business with. The facility is very strict on rules and policies in regards to employees and products both.
