I recently just had 1900.00 worth of work done. I felt that they were less than professional and took zero pride in their work. My oil light wasn’t reset and no sticker. Did it get done? Attitudes changed when I decided to not get 2,000$ worth of work done that they suggested to do but I didn’t want/need done. Didn’t even run it through the car wash after spending that much on having work done. Won’t be back. Sad to not be able to support the local dealership.

When we bought our 2013 GMC Sierra two years ago, they never divulge the information about our truck being in a wreck…We went to trade it in today and they ran a car fax on our truck and offered us a lot lower price, because it was in a wreck, that we knew nothing about…So buyers beware

Poor communication between the service and sales departments. After issues with the purchase of a new 2021 blazer remote start multiple trips we’re made to resolve this. With little help from the service department, the sales team did step up and do the legwork with GM to resolve the issue. Very appreciative that the sales team were able to work through the issues.

Fraudulent Sales Tactics We purchased a 2021 Chevy Blazer. The must haves on the vehicle were remote start (from phone) and heated seats. We were specifically told by the salesman that it would normally be on the vehicle, however due to chip shortage it wasn't set up and no definite time. That being a deciding factor they told us if not wanting to wait we could have them install aftermarket seat heaters and another GM remote start. We agreed to the installs even with the up charge, however the remote start won't work from a phone which defeats the purpose. However when it came in and we realized it wouldn't connect we notified the dealership. They advised that the setup would take up to 4hrs and to schedule time. When we took it in apparently the system can't be set up to Chevy Link despite being a GM remote starter. We could set up On Star which may work (more money). The Dealership should make this right and replace the starter with even an aftermarket one that works from a phone. It's unfortunate that a dealership with Community in its name is not really community focused and fails to deliver what's promised. I should've known better than to trust a salesman

Horrible customer service. I feel like I was taken advantage of, and Josh was very rude to me multiple times. I was told multiple times I was going to be left stranded if I didn’t do what they were pushing me to do. They pushed and pushed and pushed for me to spend more money on things that I didn’t actually need. They didn’t take me seriously or look up my cars warranty until I had my dad call and talk to Josh personally. Would give 0 stars if possible.

My wife and I highly recommend you talk to Jack Wetnight if you need a new vehicle. He didn’t have what we needed when we first went in, but he kept looking until he found it. The whole team was very professional and happy to answer any questions we had along the way. Their price was better than anyone else we looked at too. That’s always a plus. It’s even better when coupled with top of the line customer service such as Community Chevrolet’s.

I bought a 2019 f-150 from Kevin! Great guy took good care of me and processed everything quickly and easily! I did think I was getting a 500$ dollar discount on the truck, however that may have gotten lost in translation as I was rushing to get to work during the paper signing process. I’m sure this was not Kevin’s intention. Over all I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle!!

Was very pleased with the way my salesman Kevin was able to get me into a Jeep I was looking for. He also peeled off the decals on the hood so I could personalize it myself. Overall a great experience! Thanks
