It is a place to improve your body, mind, and spirit. The Y is an environment that is clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. There are plenty of activities to do and get involved in.

Our daughter has been doing the Tutu's and Tap class and has made new friends as well step out of her shyness as she learns the dance routines.
