Exceedingly slow to provide a quote. Spoke and emailed their sales guy and then their operations manager (who is apparently in charge of sales?) and got nothing. We requested a quote almost exactly a month ago with several follow-ups and nothing but happy talk in response. Still waiting ... tick ... tick ... tick.
