Way overpriced, charged for 4 days of storage. When it was overnight for almost a $100 to go across town.
New dent in the vehicle tobacco was taken out of the vehicle. Would not recommend

I do NOT RECOMMEND going here for any vehicle repairs! They had my car a couple times once for almost a month! Had an electrical problem that he misdiagnosed a couple times. The first time around we replaced the AC unit which cost 900 dollars. Electrical issues once again returned I took my car back to them this time I was told the ecm was causing the same problems. And they wanted almost 2000 dollars to fix it! I finally said no and took it elsewhere for a second opinion. Thankfully so it ended up being a much cheaper fix for 400 dollars!

Those reviews were absolutely fake and had to be the employees or their people, because this place is the most scandalous tow company I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with quite a few over the years!they charge more than legally allowed and I am currently involved in a lawsuit being opened against them, so if anyone else has had
these experiences also, please let me know.

So we just had this big snow and I had to have my car towed out of the snow. Dusty was very prompt, kind and professional. I would definitely use this company again! They responded pretty quickly after I called. Thank you very much!!!

I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he really saved us today!! I appreciate not only the help but the kindness. He went above and beyond for us tonight. If you need anything pulled or towed then I highly recommend calling this company.

Twice this year we have had to have a tow and Jackson's heavy haul was the only service that did not have a 4 hour wait, they will be our choice from now on!

Car broke down towing our camper. We were so grateful he came out and helped us haul not only our car but our tow behind camper home as well at 12am. Navigated the weird layout of our driveway and yard like it was nothing. Did a wonderful job, friendly the entire time, conversed the entire ride to our house. Clean truck inside as we needed a ride home too. Great service would recommend to anyone!Services: Special vehicle towing

This place is terrible. Won’t give you updates on your car or call you. Tell you “I don’t know” for most questions you have and give an attitude. They all look miserable like they hate working there and it reflects with how they treat their customers.
