I go here a lot and find a lot of good items. I don’t usually mind the prices. They usually seem fair. Every once in a while you will find something over priced. A few of the employees seem really trashy and more often than not employees are being very loud and unprofessional in the store. However some employees just seem to work and keep to themselves which is what I like. Employees smoke directly infront of the store instead of off to the side of the building which I think is inappropriate. They’re usually casually sitting on the side walk puffing a cigarette. Luckily I don’t have a child I have to walk by them to smell that but I feel bad for the people that do or anyone that is sensitive to cigarette smoke. Today an employee with awful green hair was sitting criss cross applesauce infront of the store yelling into her phone that was on speaker at someone whom I assume was a boyfriend or something she was also flailing her arms and making a scene. Like come on get in your car if you feel the need to have a personal conversation while you’re working. Was very unprofessional trashy and inappropriate. Almost decided to turn around right there and not go inside. I like to thrift in a peaceful quiet environment but apparently they also ask each other questions over the radio now about daily core values and such which I found annoying. I guess this manager does not care about how their store or employees are perceived and allow
Thrifting here to be the most unpleasant experience nine times out of ten. The store in general is very unorganized with stuff just tossed on the shelf.

Sad environment, just gloomy! Over priced on clothing, handbags, and little selection on the floor! Wares are better priced than surrounding stores!

Went shopping there today for some reason the dressing rooms are closed so you can't try on any clothes that you may want to buy. And the clothes on the racks were packed so tight you couldn't really look. The store store getting to where some stuff is just scattered around they need more organization.

I went to the store to look for a wall clock for my bathroom. I found an old beat-up model for $4. I then went to Walmart and found a new wall clock for $3. You may want to seriously reconsider how high you price used items that are donated to you if you want to increase your business. somebody's not going to pay more money for a used old item when they can go to the store and get a brand new one cheaper.

after shopping 15 min of shopping and having a cart of clothing for my 5 yr old daughter and several toys I was told anyone over the the age of 2 had to have a mask on. I was called hon, and then approached stating above statement. I told her ada recommends children under 8 not wear masks. my daughter,5 riding in the cart btw has autism and spd and has a doctor's note stating she cannot wear a mask.i informed them if that.I was still asked to leave.. as someone who employs disabled persons they'd understand how things work with person's with limitations or different abilities...I will Not waste anymore money or time supporting a company that discriminates against said persons and neither will any of my other family. goodwill 2702 s 3rd terre haute indiana
