“Byerly installed my garage doors about 15 to 16 years ago. My wall pad quit working today and I called and ask the woman how I could get it replaced. She said she would have Tom call me. About 1/2 hour later, he called and I told him what was happening and he said he would see if he had one in stock. About an hour later he was at my door and came in and replaced it. And he didn't charge an arm and a leg to fix it !!! All this was in a time frame of under 2 hours. In a world when we have all quit expecting customer service, I can say they really went above and beyond. Great business!!! I have already told 3 people about the great service !!!!!”
